Refund & Return Policy

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

We do not accept returns or cancellations simply because you’ve changed your mind. Once an order has been shipped, it is final. Please make sure you are 100% certain about your purchase before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us via email or through our shop chat. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit once the issue is confirmed.

Refunds or replacements are only issued for items that are:

• Proven to be broken upon arrival

• Missing from the package

• Not delivered due to shipping issues

We want you to be happy with your order, so please reach out if there’s a problem—we’re here to help!

Are your products safe for pets?

Our candles and wax melts are pet friendly but we still recommend using them in a well-ventilated area. Some scents can be irritating to pets, so please check with your vet if you have concerns. 

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within England, Scotland and Wales, but we’re working on expanding! Stay tuned by following us on social media for updates.

Can I pick up my order locally?
If you're local to my area, yes! Just add your address and local delivery will come up if you are within 5 miles of us. We will drop your package off at you free of charge if you are within these miles. However if you are just outside this or want to pick it us drop us a message and we will arrange your pick up and your free shipping. 

Are your products eco-friendly?
We do our best to use recyclable packaging, reusable containers, and sustainable ingredients like soy wax. Our goal is to create products that are kind to both you and the planet.

Do you do wholesale or bulk orders?
We do! If you’re a shop owner, event planner, or just need a bunch of goodies for a special event, shoot us a message and we’ll chat details.

Can I reuse my candle jars?

Yes! Once your candle is finished, you can clean out the jar with warm soapy water and reuse it for storage, decor, or even as a planter.
